ORDERS & SHIPPING
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your shade, and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are: Ghana: 3–10 business days | International: 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to [LIST COUNTRIES/REGIONS]. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at [WHATSAPP NUMBER]. After processing has begun, we are unable to make changes.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll confirm your order manually.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we will resolve it at no cost to you — just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery and include a photo or video of the damage. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options - Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, T-Cash), PayPal, etc.
Are your prices in Ghanaian Cedis or US Dollars?
Both! The currency displayed at checkout will depend on your region.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
