Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Ghana (Local): 3–10 business days
  • West Africa: 10–14 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs clearance for international orders.

We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order. Carrier details and tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Canfôr Beauty is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Canfôr Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
